BLACKLAWS Peacefully, at Victoria Hospital, Kirkcaldy, on Wednesday, December 20, 2017, William 'Bill', aged 81 years, of Glenrothes, beloved husband of the late Alison, dear brother and friend. He will be sadly missed. Funeral service to be held at Kirkcaldy Crematorium on Wednesday, January 24, at 4.30 p.m. Family flowers only, please.
