COUGAN Peacefully on January 11, 2019, at St Andrews Community Hospital, Frank, beloved husband of the late Dorothy, father, brother, grandfather, uncle and friend. Frank donated his body to St Andrews University Medical School. A memorial service of thanksgiving for Frank's life will take place on Saturday, February 2, 2019, at 2 p.m., at The United Free Church of Scotland, King Street, Tayport, all friends and relatives invited.
