ADAMS Vina, Gordon, Tracey and family wish to express their heartfelt appreciation for all the kindness and support received from family members, friends, neigh- bours and colleagues after Jimmy's sudden death; the numerous expressions of sympathy, condolence cards, telephone calls, beautiful flowers and attendance at the funeral have been a huge comfort during a very difficult time; we would like to take this opportunity to thank several people for the care and attention Jimmy and Vina received in what was to be his final months: Dr M. Clinch, the practice nurses and reception staff at Broughty Ferry Health Centre, Claire Rhynd (C. O. P. D. nurse), Dr Goudie and the respiratory liaison nurses at Ninewells, Elite Care, in particular Jo Sidey; thanks also to the paramedics and Police Scotland for attending and their sensitive handling of a very upsetting situation; special thanks also go to Fiona Liddell for her delivery of the very personal service celebrating Jimmy's life; grateful thanks also to James Ashton's, in particular David Wightman, Kerry Grattan and Aileen Mc Caig, for their guidance, support and patience in making the funeral arrangements, to the staff at Parkgrove Crematorium for their careful attention and finally, to the staff of The Fort Hotel for their warm hospitality.
