SCOTT Peacefully, at home, on Monday, July 29, after bearing his illness bravely but never losing his sense of humour, David, son of the late Lindsay and May Scott of Stiellsmuir Farm, Blairgowrie, he was a dad, a grandad and a friend to many and beloved husband of Shirley. A service of thanksgiving will be held at Ayr St Columba Church on Friday, August 16, at 1.00 p.m. No black ties, please. Donations in lieu of flowers to the Ayrshire Hospice and Ayrshire Cancer Support.
