BROWN It is with great sadness to announce the sudden passing of Priscilla (Cilla), at home, on Saturday, April 18, 2020, a devoted wife to Jimmy, loving mum to Ashley and a treasured friend of many. You will be greatly missed. Due to current restrictions, the funeral will be private.
