CAMPBELL Margaret, Neil, Coreen, Ryan and Sophie would like to thank all relatives, friends and neighbours for their kind expressions of sympathy, cards and flowers and all the kindness shown to us all on the sad loss of David; also grateful thanks to all doctors in the Crieff Red Practice, Ninewells and P.R.I. for their excellent care and kindness; we would like to thank all the nurses in the Oncology Department in P.R.I.; many thanks to John Gauld (and staff), for his kindness, guidance and professionalism; also Mr Jim Begg, for his comforting service, and all his home visits which were very much appreciated; thanking Jess Smith for her kind and uplifting tribute to David; a special thanks to all the paramedics who were fantastic; thanks to Victoria Bloom for her wonderful flowers, thanking Gloagburn Farm for excellent refreshments; thanks to all who paid their last respects to David on route.
