MIDDLETON Jane, Anne, John and their families would like to thank all friends, neighbours and colleagues for the many cards, flowers, phone calls and kind messages of support they received on their sad loss of Phyllis; thanks also to the Rev. Brian Smith for his comforting service, and to James Collier of Emslie S. Collier for guiding us so expertly and compassionately through the funeral arrangements; sincere thanks to Drs Jacobs and Iterbeke and all the staff at Edzell Health Centre for their unfailing care of Phyllis over the past few years, we are indebted to all the staff at The Glens Care Home, Edzell for the oustanding care and compassion shown to Phyllis and ourselves over the past four very difficult months; finally, we would like to thank all family, friends and neighbours whose company and kindness meant so much to Phyllis. She will be sadly missed.
