DUNCAN William (Bill) M.B.E. Unexpectedly, but peacefully, on Saturday, August 20, 2022, at Victoria Hospital, Kirkcaldy, Bill (Willie) Duncan M.B.E., aged 87 years, of Drumeldrie, beloved partner of Barbara, much loved brother and uncle to his nephews and their respective families, a great friend to many and a stalwart in the horticultural world in Scotland. There will be a memorial service in Bill's memory held within The Simpson Institute, Main Street, Upper Largo, on Wednesday, September 7, at 1 p.m., to which all friends are respectfully invited. Thereafter, Willie will be laid to rest in a private interment.
