BELL Peacefully, at Ninewells Hospital, Dundee, surrounded by his family, on Monday, June 10, 2024, Herbert (Bert), much loved husband of the late Elizabeth (Liz), loving dad of Ange, Pam and Nick, father-in-law of Jim, Allan and Chic, much loved grandad of Shaun, Jack and Ryan and a loving brother to Sheila and the late Irene and Minnie.
