DOWNIE Peacefully, after a long illness, at Royal Victoria Hospital, Dundee, on Monday, July 12, 2021, Willie, aged 91, beloved and devoted husband of the late Margaret, loving dad of Lorraine, much loved grandad of Michelle and Denise, adored great-grandad of Jack and Violet and a dear friend of Bill, Derek and uncle. Reception of remains at St Ninians RC Church, Dickson Avenue, on Monday, July 26, at 6 p.m. Funeral mass private, thereafter, cremation at Dundee Crematorium, on Tuesday, July 27, at 11.30 a.m., to which all family and friends are respectfully invited. Family flowers only, please, but donations, in lieu, if desired may be made at the Crematorium in aid of Ward 8, Royal Victoria Hospital, Dundee.
