HILL The Family of the late David would like to thank, most sincerely, all relatives, friends, work colleagues and neighbours for the many kind expressions of sympathy on the loss of David, for all the cards, flowers, messages, tributes and support; grateful thanks to all the medical teams who cared for David through out the years especially latterly to Alan Morgan for his uplifting service, to all at James Ashton for their kindness and support; a heartfelt thank you to all who paid their respects at the Crematorium and who donated £1,000 in David's memory to be shared equally between N.R.A.S and Macmillan. You left us beautiful memories. Your love is still our guide. And although we cannot see you. You are always at our side.
